Do you sign validation documents or run IQ/OQ/PQ?

What counts as one request?
One discrete outcome: a report, a workflow fix, an integration mapping, a module change. Small requests (under roughly four hours) ship within 24 hours Mon–Fri; medium requests within 3 business days; large projects are split into phases and worked at your tier's concurrency — never billed extra.
Do you support Odoo.sh, on-prem, Enterprise and Community?
Yes to all. Enterprise's Quality app helps, but Community works for lot, expiry and quarantine control with the right configuration and a few custom modules. We ship through a staging-first Git workflow regardless of where you host.
What if we already have an agency or an internal admin?
That is the normal starting point. We run a structured handover — repos, credentials, open tickets — and either take the whole backlog or only the technical layer your admin cannot cover (custom modules, integrations, upgrades). Nobody has to be replaced for this to work.
