Terms of service

Effective October 24, 2026. Questions: hello@theerpfirm.com.

Website use

By using theerpfirm.com, you agree to these terms. Content is for general information about The ERP Firm’s Odoo services and is not legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Services

Odoo Rescue & Run and Odoo Autopilot are provided under a written agreement or statement of work executed after a scoping call. Website copy summarizes typical tiers, service levels, and guarantees; binding terms are in the signed agreement.

Pricing and billing

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance on Core, Growth, or Scale tiers based on Odoo users and complexity.
  • A one-time $2,500 onboarding fee applies unless waived for signing within 7 days of the scoping call.
  • 30-day risk-free cancellation: cancel any time in the first 30 days — contract ends immediately, no minimum owed, and you keep work delivered.
  • After day 30, a 3-month minimum applies, then month-to-month.

Service levels and guarantees

We commit to written response and turnaround targets (including 1-hour first response during Pacific Time business hours, 24/7 emergency escalation, and small-request turnaround Monday–Friday). Rescue & Run includes a 30-day sprint guarantee on agreed roadmap items; Autopilot includes SLA credits if response or small-request promises are missed. Specific definitions are in your agreement.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to Odoo, hosting, integrations, stakeholders, and decisions needed for delivery. You are responsible for Odoo licenses, hosting, third-party apps, and formal QA validation documentation unless explicitly scoped.

Intellectual property

Custom code and documentation we deliver for you are owned by you and maintained in your Git repository upon payment, as specified in your agreement.

Confidentiality and data

We treat client data as confidential. We may work under your NDA and data-access terms. See our Privacy Policy for website data practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ERP Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under any agreement is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise.
