The ERP Firm (“we,” “us”) operates theerpfirm.com and provides Odoo consulting services. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the website and scoping calls.

- Website usage data — pages viewed, referrer, device/browser type, IP address, and similar technical logs from our hosting provider.

- Respond to inquiries, schedule scoping calls, and deliver contracted Odoo services.

Cookies and advertising pixels
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (ID 1670139611125943) and may use LinkedIn and Google advertising or analytics tags to measure visits, booking intent, and conversions. These providers may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, actions taken (for example pricing section views or booking clicks), browser type, and IP address. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta, LinkedIn, and Google account settings and through browser cookie controls.
We store UTM parameters and fbclid values in browser storage so booking links preserve campaign attribution.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that help us operate the site and schedule calls (for example hosting, Zcal, email, and advertising platforms) under contracts that limit their use.
Retention
We retain contact and client records as long as needed for services, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@theerpfirm.com. California and other state privacy rights may apply; we will honor valid requests as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure.
