Do we have to restart the implementation?
Almost never. The Week 1 audit shows what is salvageable — usually most of it. We repair in place, in your existing database, and only recommend re-implementation if the data model is unrecoverable, which we show you rather than tell you.
What counts as one request?
One discrete outcome: a report, a workflow fix, an integration mapping, a module change. Small requests (under roughly four hours) ship within 24 hours Mon–Fri; medium requests within 3 business days; large projects are split into phases and worked at your tier's concurrency — never billed extra.
Do you support Odoo.sh, on-prem, Enterprise and Community?
Yes to all of them. Odoo.sh, self-hosted on-prem or cloud, Community or Enterprise, every supported version. We ship through a staging-first Git workflow regardless of where you host, so nothing goes to production untested.
What if we already have an agency or an internal admin?
That is the normal starting point. We run a structured handover — repos, credentials, open tickets — and either take the whole backlog or only the technical layer your admin cannot cover (custom modules, integrations, upgrades). Nobody has to be replaced for this to work.
