Retailer-specific 850/856/810 mappings, AS2/SFTP transport, and exception handling are normal scoped requests. A new trading partner is a medium or large request, phased — never an hourly quote.
What counts as one request?
One discrete outcome: a report, a workflow fix, an integration mapping, a module change. Small requests (under roughly four hours) ship within 24 hours Mon–Fri; medium requests within 3 business days; large projects are split into phases and worked at your tier's concurrency — never billed extra.
Do you support Odoo.sh, on-prem, Enterprise and Community?
