How is my tier selected?
We set the tier on the scoping call based on Odoo users and complexity. Extra legal entities, manufacturing, or heavy integrations like EDI can move you up a tier rather than adding line items.
When is the onboarding fee waived?
The $2,500 onboarding fee is waived if you sign within 7 days of the scoping call.
What are the contract terms?
Billing is monthly in advance. Cancel any time in the first 30 days — contract ends immediately with no minimum owed and you keep all work delivered. After day 30, a 3-month minimum applies, then month-to-month.
What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited requests in the queue at your tier concurrency: Core 1, Growth 2, Scale 3 active requests at a time. Larger projects over roughly 40 hours are split into phases, not billed extra.
What is the Rescue & Run guarantee?
We fix the top 10 issues on your agreed roadmap in 30 days, or your next month is free. You approve the list in week one.
What is the Autopilot guarantee?
If we miss the 1-hour response or 24-hour small-request SLAs, that month is 50% off.
